- All Sales on E-Liquid Tanks/Atomizers/Rda is Final if the Product has been Used/Filled with Liquid.
- All sales on E-liquids and products are final without exception; With e-liquids, taste is subjective, therefore e-liquids that have been opened and/or used can not be exchanged for another flavor or returned.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, customer is responsible for filing claim with shipping company.
- Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 24 hours of "Delivered" status update via the tracking information.
- To Return items, Please send us a email at email@example.com and we will authorize or reject returns in 24-48 Hours on case to case basis depending on items & days. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for return/damaged or exchange items. Please make sure all return guidelines are met before submitting a request.
- Exchange or refund will be allowed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and returned in its original saleable packaging, this includes starter kits and promotional giveaways. Return or exchange, showing any signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will not be allowed.
- Manufactured warranties must be handled by the purchaser.
- 30 day warranties exist on manufacturing defects ONLY From the Date Your order delivers at your location. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to
- Batteries that have dropped, exposed, break in pocket, purse or bag, exposed to water
- Bent, scratched atomizers.
- Damage to products due to user negligence.
