- All sale and clearance items are final. Exchanges or credits will not be issued.
- Defective products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
- Damage caused due to user negligence is not covered.
- Products can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- Sales on batteries, e-liquids and products containing e-liquid such as disposables and pods are final.
- Sales on CBD and Kratom products are final.
How to Return Products:
- To return products, please go to the “My Account” page on our wholesale site.
- Click on RMA and select “Request New Return”
- Select your order from the drop down menu and select “Apply”.
- Select products, quantity, condition, and resolution to return.
- Enter comments and upload images if needed.
- Submit request (review process may take up to 5 business days).
