Delivery Information

Packages delivered from 1 Oak Wholesale must be signed by an adult 21 years or older upon delivery.

Typically any order placed by 2 PM Central Standard Time is shipped the same day. Everything else is shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package.

All delivery issues should be addressed to your local post office.

Shipping & Pickup Days & Hours: Mon- Friday 10am - 7pm

Holidays: No Shipping on Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor day

Orders placed on weekend: To be processed & shipped following Monday / Tuesday

Shipping Charges: To be Calculated at checkout depending on location, Weight, etc

Free shipping over $1500: Offer not valid to Discounted prices

Shipping to P.O Box / Apo / FPO / DPO: 1 Oak Wholesale Only ships to Verified Commercial Addresses

Shipping to Residential Address: 1 Oak Wholesale Only ships to Verified Commercial Addresses

Saturday Delivery: Only Available if Delivery provider is operational on Saturday, Cannot be requested

When to Contact 1 Oak Wholesale: 7 Business days from shipping date if the package has still not arrived or if your order has not been shipped within 72 hours
