- All sale and clearance items are final. Exchanges or credits will not be issued.
Packages must be inspected for damages or shortages within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Damages or shortage claims will be rejected after this time period. Warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Damages caused due to user negligence or improper care are not covered by our policy. We do not accept returns on any of the following: drip tips, coils, cotton, batteries, wire, and bottles of liquid. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on and disposables. If you received an item you would like to return, please contact your sales representative directly or call Customer service at 630-830-6000 with order and product details. Items returned without approval will not be accounted for, and will be properly disposed of.
Upon receipt of your return, our returns department will issue a credit on your 1 Oak account and can be applied to a future order or refunded to the payment method used on the original order. All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Return Products at 1 Oak Wholesale
- To return products, please go to the My Account page on our website
- Click on My Orders and select Request New Return
- Select the order No from the drop down
- Select products, quantity, condition and resolution of return
- Enter comments and upload images if needed
- Submit request (Review process may take up to 5 business days)
- Mail your returns to the following address within 30 days of purchase

Shipping is not pre-paid and return labels will not be issued, therefore you are responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping cost with proof of receipt may be reimbursed in the form of a credit if the wrong item was shipped to you on your initial order. Returns must be sent via USPS (Post Office). Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment for a credit to be made on your account. If Requesting a refund, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for it to appear on your card or bank statement.
