Returned Checks - If a check is returned for any reason, a $35.00 service charge will be made. All returned checks will be processed for payment a maximum of two times. Any unpaid amounts after the second attempt will be automatically processed as an ACH item. Customer agrees to have money in their account to cover the payment as required for your invoice. If not, we may charge a fee of $50.00. We may also assess a late charge if you do not subsequently make your payment within 2 business days. You authorize us to change the amount of your payment as needed if there are non-sufficient funds to make full payment, until full payment including fees are paid.
An automatic payment transaction or ACH payment transaction that falls on a non-business day will be processed on the following business day. Saturday is considered a business day for automatic payment and ACH purposes.
1 Oak Wholesale reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet the conditions listed in its legal agreements.
